Asia-Europe International Material Trade Center was established in August, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as Asia-Europe Inter). The Asia-Europe Inter, by establishing the first E-commerce trade center in China orienting towards Central-Asia and China trade center of Uzbek Commodity Exchange as breakthrough point, gradually comes into being an international material trade center integrating various services ranging from international cross-border spot auction transaction of raw materials, wholesale and retail of domestic commodities with Xinjiang characteristic, public port logistics management information service, to large enterprise logistics and supply chain management service and financing service, providing full work flow electronic transaction service for international and national trade of domestic and foreign enterprises.

Asia-Europe Inter is committed to facilitating trade along the “Belt & Road” regions. Asia-Europe Inter has opened Sino-Uzbek online cross-border commodity auction system, providing online transaction of staple commodities of Uzbekistan and financial services such as “cross-border bid auction”, “cross-border credit”, “cross-border settlement”, “cross-border logistics”. Asia-Europe Inter will start from Sino-Uzbek cross-border trading, gradually gain access to countries like Russia and Kazakhstan.
Trading platform
Asia-Europe Inter is committed to establishing the first international electronic transaction platform orienting towards China and the whole Central-Asia.
Asia-Europe Inter procured commodity from Uzbekistan and exported Chinese commodity to Uzbekistan on the trading platform of Uzbek Commodity Exchange. Asia-Europe Inter also built a wholesale and retail transaction system for Xinjiang Characteristic commodity on the basis of Uzbek Commodity Exchange, aiming to help Xinjiang SMEs promoting products.
The establishment of transaction platform provides a product circulation channel, which is more updated, more convenient, more effective, for domestic and foreign manufacturers, distribution enterprises and consumption enterprises to speed up cash flow, improve the efficiency, reduce operation cost.
Approved by Urumqi Customs, Asia-Europe International Bonded Logistics Park and its supporting projects began construction in 2008, closed customs and launched operation since April, 2009.
The Bonded Logistics Park will become regional cargo base for outbound goods, transit base for inbound goods, supply and distribution base for production materials, goods storage base and integrated distribution center, logistic base of fast customs clearance.
